The Law

The next few chapters of Exodus bring us to the Ten Commandments. Rules and laws from the Lord may feel restrictive or even cruel. In reality, God gave these laws to the Israelites as a gift — a way to provide structure and peace to the chaos of God’s people as they wandered in the desert.
