Unfortunately, while God created a world full of beauty and diversity, we have allowed sin to stain our understanding of a person’s value based on the color of their skin. While some of us would like to think racism isn’t a big issue in our community or in 2021, too much has occurred for us to still believe that to be true.
That’s why we are excited to be offering this important curriculum, “The Gospel in Color,” to our kids, youth, and adults this spring. After Easter, our kids and youth will both begin a 5 week study through this book at their usual meeting times of Sunday mornings at 9 AM for kids and Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM for teens.
Additionally, we are offering a 3 week class for adults on Wednesday nights (April 14, 21, 28) at the church from 6:30 -8:00 PM.
